Yep me and my wife love chicken wings. We love finding random wing places and going to try them out. We try to avoid the chains just because. Wherever we go though we always get them with cheese fries.

My go to choice. Especially if they are from somewhere new that I haven't been, that is not a chain restaurant..

There is this brewery that opened up down the street that has some damn good green chile dry rub, they cook their wings in a brick oven..

finally i get to say this BLUE CHEESE SUCKS!! its the most overrated dip on the entire planet

hot sauce and bbq sauce on it and thats it, dont come at me with the blue cheese bullshit

Ranch or Blue cheese? Hot sauce or dry rub?
I go with ranch for the odd dip when I have a nice hot dry rub to go with it

For me.

Flats all day every day. Dry Rub. Ranch is a dipping sauce is needed.....but contrary to what most morons (not you btw) think, you shouldn't need to drown your wings in ranch on each bite. The wing should have plenty of flavor itself and the ranch can help enhance and add to the flavor. It's like people who dump an entire bottle of ketchup on their burger or their steak!
