Chess - Path towards World Chess Championship (Gukesh Dommaraju vs Ding Liren)

been a rollercoaster of wins and losses lately but i found this one pretty funny. i pull out the bongcloud and start taking my king for a walk. dude got shook so he gave up his knight and his bishop, and then just when he thought he was going to pull one over on me, he ended up blundering a fork between my rook and my queen, where i basically used a pawn to threaten a queen-for-queen exchange and for some reason i guess he thought i was going to move my queen instead of taking his so he took my rook instead while i bagged his queen. good deal.

he then surrendered his other bishop and knight. frustrated, he too decided to take his king for a walk, before quickly surrendering that too.

i think this shit kind of goes against the rules of chess. if i ever join some kind of chess tournament, somebody is going to punch me in the face.

probably my quickest troll-job ever!

instead of going for the mate this pie-eating jabroni decided to rush down know your role boulevard to get his third queen on the board. it was at that moment that i knew that this guy didn't possess the testicular fortitude needed to finish me off. so after a couple failed attempts at mating me i decided to save the guy some time and offer up a draw. sitting at a +38 advantage, mr. cocky over here quickly declined. and on his very next move, this happened:

the art of the draw baby! get some!!!

i'm sure by now the chess community hates me.

i took my king for a walk again and my opponent was punishing me for it right from the start. but i didn't give up, i just kept playing my game and taking things one square at a time and eventually i prevailed in a game i was losing badly in and checkmated the guy with my king and my queen. i played a careless and shitty ass game but i found a way to win.

i bet this dude is pissed. i dogwalked my king mindlessly all over that board while giving up pieces and left it in a strategic spot when i delivered the mate.

like many others before him, he made the mistake of promoting his pawn. his queen got to take a seat in the cuck chair while it watched helplessly as i performed my magic.

hail to the king baby! the most feared offensive piece on the chess board.

i just molested this dude and the only piece i moved was my knights. bagged his queen, a rook, a bishop, a pawn, and i was two guaranteed moves away from taking his other rook too but then he rage quit.

now i think i've done it all. think i'm ready to retire here boys.

this motherfucker tried to hit me with the scholars mate and he paid dearly for it. i mated him so fast that he didn't even have time to rage quit.

if there's ever a game to retire off of, this would be it. i dogwalked my king all over the god damn board and then made this dude rage quit in what was probably the most hilarious game of chess i've ever played. i even thrown up what i am now referring to as the bermuda triangle of douche.

i don't know why but i can't stop laughing at this dudes misfortune. he thought he was just gonna walk all up in my grill and start promoting his pawns? oh hell no! i got other plans. plans involving putting my king in very terrible positions and then walking away with the win in a game that i have no business winning.

so what happened with pants drama and who won world cup

so what happened with pants drama and who won world cup

FIDE agreed to relax on their dress code a bit and now jeans are allowed. The world cup is still to happen but the last one about a year and a half ago was won by Magnus

The current champions are:

World champ - Gukesh
Rapid - Zurkim
Blitz - Magnus and Nepo ( they agreed to share the title) Although technically there is no current champion
World Cup - Magnus

i've been playing chess in my underwear. you mean to tell me that jeans weren't allowed?

do a pair of levi's really give some kind of an advantage?

bongcloud + the scholars mate. fatality!

the guy had all the time in the world to attack my king or at least avoid the mate, but i guess i must have had him shook. he would have had a free queen if he would have just forked me but he decided to move a random pawn down and lose the game instead.

i've been trying to hit someone with that combo for a while now and it finally played out. i made it to the crystal division somehow with all my bullshit. though my rating is always fluctuating between the 300s and 400s.

had just about enough of this guys shit and the game was tilted in his direction after i oopsied and missed capturing both of this guys knights, but i found a way to put an infinite check loop on this guy with my knight + rook combo and i know if i didn't check him in every turn he was going to roll right over me as soon as he gets a turn.

so my plan was to just keep going back and forth with the guy in check until the game forces a draw through repetition and i guess he started to realise what i was going to do and he didn't want no art of the draw with me and he ultimately decided to put his king in the worst spot possible....checkmate next move lol.

i tried to offer the guy a draw and he gave up the checkmate instead. now i think i've seen it all.

i just rolled this guy over in what i thought was going to end up being a tight ended long drawn out game with all of the pieces boxed in because i've seen this kind of opening before but i don't really know the best solution for it.

what i usually do when i'm black is just copy my opponent move-for-move until he fucks up and gives up a piece and then i start playing my game. this has usually gone over very well for me, and i'm pretty sure that i've even received death threats in many different languages over this.

but anyways i started copying the guy that in this game only i castled on the other side and then gave him an extra move because i immediately brought my far end pawn up so my king could escape if in danger. something that this guy should have done. but anyways then i start putting a bit of pressure on and immediately see a way to cuck this guy and cuck him i did.

his poor queen just had to sit there and watch helplessly and the one time it even bothered to move, it moved way over into the cucks corner where he gave me the mate on the very next move. now that's how you sacrifice your queen to....lose the game immediately i guess. if he wasn't going to move that queen down to d8 or c8 then he should have moved that pawn up after castling i guess. i made that mistake a couple times and learned from it. if i can't protect my king i can at least give him an opportunity to escape out of danger.

He probably slammed his fist on the table when you dropped that rook on the back rank and took his ass to suplex city.
