I follow a boxer on instagram, and he posted a video today from Pannama of Roberto Duran and Sugar Shane Mosley sparring. Was pretty cool.

That was an actual proper fight, not an exhibition! Crazy huh? Surprisingly both still looked good for how old they were, though Fenech had obviously kept in better shape.

Not to mention his most recent training with the crime commissioner of course. Seems to stay in good shape all year round with his extra sparring partners.

Man, even as a very fat (fatter than usual) exhausted looking old man in there, Duran's ring savvy and slick defense are still there. Easily one of the most skilful, complete fighters I've ever seen.

Last time I cared about a Chavez fight was when he fought Sweetpea and got schooled. Of course, because it was a Don King promotion the fight was ruled a draw. I enjoy boxing and the skill involved but I've never looked at boxing the same way.

Yep, it seemed like Benn was being his usual intense self and going at it, while Duran looked like he was just messing around mostly.
