I didnt conclude anything. Im pro choice. But the argument that was brought up was christian beliefs.
The church made the conclusion. Not me. The passages they generally use are about God saying stuff about life in the womb. Or personhood. Its been awhile since my christian school years and I dont have the passages off hand.
If youre generally curious, which I don't think you are, you can spend some time researching it, which I dont think you'll do. And even if you did youd just come back with "Well, this is why my interpretation of the book I haven't read abut the religion I dont prescribe to is more accurate than that of the people who read it every day and devote their lives to it"
Like it or not, it’s the postion of the church and the majority of christian interpretation that life begins in the womb. Youre free to disagree with that notion for whatever reasons you wish. But in a conversation about what christians believe and why, youd probably refer to christian authorities as opposed to your own internal opinion.
