A .308 going the length of the deer and not exiting seems very plausible. A 30-06 hitting the soft flesh of the side of the neck and not exiting is crazy. Not impossible, but very suspect. Congrats on not going with some crazy magnum btw. The .308 and it's family including the 7mm-08 and .243 are amazing whitetail rounds.

Yea, I was torn between a 7mm-08 and 308 and then I found a good deal on a cz 557 that I liked. I'm glad I pulled the trigger on it.

I grew up very very Christian, husband ridiculously Catholic to the point everyone thought he would become a priest. None of the noise got in our way. Neither of us are religious now.

Reid posted a video of her watching that kid's video and getting emotional while drinking wine. Not surprised this racist bitch wants to join the chorus of people dunking on Kirk's wife.

I am baffled and have shot a lot of .30-06, but I am not an expert. I remain skeptical until I see the whole case laid out. I still want to see that roof video 2 minutes prior to the guy running across it and jumping down. We should see the alleged assassin actually taking the shot. We're all just batshit crazy for not taking this head of security's word 100% as legit as we might some evidence that actually presents itself in a trial, right? My 7mm-08 is an old Mauser that my father built. The trigger is a two stage. Squeeze then feel it....then pull. The first deer I killed came from my right side I was sitting at the base of a tree. I couldn't shoot right handed so I flipped lefty. He looked at me and stomped. Shot him straight in the breast plate. Clean kill.
