I think it is possible but not likely. I do think one of the reasons he retired was to give Islam a chance to win the title, I believe I remember him saying he might retire if he was holding Islam back by being champion in a previous interview, but I don't think that was the main reason.

Don’t think it’s happening. If Khabib comes back it will likely be for something massive that’s above 155. He’s probably not cutting down to 155 again. Also, Islam isn’t finished just because he loses. They’ll build him back up.
