Challenge to Maximus

All of this is complete fabrication and everything I said was true. Just face the facts you didn’t like my perceived attitude when I said those things and all of regulars held it against me for years. I am now done with this gibberish. I’m not going to block any of you but I 99% sure will not have any more interaction with you over the internet.

Perceived attitude? I gave you an easy way to prove your previous claims and didn't even say anything bad back then. I went in to bat for you and had people agreeing.

I am not the first person you have threatened or called out for an internet fight. Remember you called me out man.
I left it alone from the other thread. You made this thread. Maybe don't do whatever you were doing when you decided this was a good idea.

Have you guys ever considered not making up stories online that can then be quoted and fact checked later?

People seem to like to mouth off and then get upset when someone gives it back better.
I dont think I care if you are upset or if you believe I have never squat 135 or taken a single martial arts class in my life. This about our argument about whether technique was more important than athleticism in sports. I told you that I did martial arts and you claim you train all the time. I believe that I am a good athlete and you seem to think you are technically sound by dolling out advice I disagree with. I dont really see the problem. Shouldn't you be able to back up your claim? If you do not think im worth the time then just say it and I will go my merry way.

Who cares man? People online always get the wrong assumptions about me. lol

I just heard news today that I'm the top sales representative in several Crunch Fitness gyms in my entire district here in my state. I am also negotiating adding a second lady to my polyamory relationship with my current girlfriend.

Yet everyone here thought I was some kind of incel. lmao. You folks here have such a skewed view of others.

I lied about being assistant manager to people here in Sherdog because I almost became one. I was the best of eight candidates and they had to delay it because of a bunch of reasons. But the fact that I was the best qualified pretty much had me lying about how I got it. Close enough.
I dont think I care about your relationships. As far as your job that is cool.

I am as far from technically sound as you can be. I made my comments because I am that athletic guy and I run into the superior technique wall all the time. I come from an MMA/Nogi background grappling wise.

You said you did martial arts and that you could beat pro fighters any day of the week. I called you on it. You kept giving examples of highly technical athletes and then fixated on the fact that I somehow said technique beats all. You went after the wrong poster, Trab said what you keep saying about me. I never said that once. I said you need sufficient skill to be successful in any sport, then you can worry about adding other qualities. Especially in the example from the initial thread which was about someone wanting to go back to kickboxing.

I just kept responding to your examples because you kept giving terrible ones that disagreed with your position. Then you challenged me to an impossible fight.

Be honest with yourself man, You aren't going to fork out $2-3000 to fight someone who disgarees with you. You said you bought gear to train for this fight. Put up the receipts from the other day with your training gear purchase. What claim did I make that is proved by us fighting?

Yes I and I do not agree with your assessment of the training of a beginner. Most people think how you do that you should train high volume sport specificity whereas I believe that establishing GPP at first is more important. People think they are going to go gung how by starting out training nothing but 5x a week technique and somehow that is setting them up for success whereas it is quite the opposite and setting them up for injury. I subscribe to the belief that you start out with specificity 1-2x per week sport specificity and add volume when prepared and then lower the amount of GPP as a competition or a test approaches.

As for your second question I believe I am more athletic than you are based on what I know about you. So I am putting myself to the test against your philosophy.

Go back and read my posts within the first 2-3 pages of Trabs thread. I address this without going into detail like he asked.

I told him to build to 3 consistent kickboxing(KB) sessions a week over a minimum of a month period of his chosen sport. That gives him 4 full recovery days a week to adapt and prevent him from going nuts and training too much. I covered that base in my post that you are talking about and I didn't even need to over explain it to do it.

I gradually added strength work to cover it when he hit the amount of sessions your average soccer mum can manage after a minimum of a month... We aren't training an elite athlete here, just a guy that wants to get back into KB and look after his health.

I covered how he can adjust if he wants more of anything if he chooses to focus on KB, Strength or whatrever else he wants once he has built a basic level of GPP. I did that whilst including practicing his desired sport a sufficient amount to build to a passable skill level...

He isn't going to implode if he does a basic KB class 1-3x a week. He already intermittently spars, kicks the bag and does random conditioning and weights.

Edit Put up your training gear receipt then. You aren;t putting yourself to the test against anything. What you are doing is what you do each time someone disagrees with you, calling to fight them, with no chance of it actually happening. it's happened in plenty of threads on here.

Which is good, my friend. That is good. But a bunch of young men nowadays somehow think others are "better" than them simply because they have more access to pussy.

I had to become this way because I cater to these young men. The world is in desperate need of a hero. It's something I have to add to my life even though all I want is to get married.

Are you two like fighting about who gets to go first ? 🤔

(That was super g@y)

See Trab, You grew on me. I worked out you just overshare and don't speak English well.
I want to see you succeed in training and we got you there once by tricking you into benchpressing what you were capable of.

This shit doesn't matter at all my childhood friend died yesterday. Well since I was like 13 knew him. My brothers best friend. This is tragic. But I know God will make it all good. My brother is literaly flying home tonight to be there and attend the funeral. Fucked up. Easy for me. I am losing just a friend. Temporary. Others lose family. Though to me he is like extended family. Rest in peace I love you and see you when I die. Till then, we see again. God will take care of us.

Am a good guy, also believer, I just talk balkan. Which is the opposite of fake nice. I am honest rude. Yeah I overshare figured to not give a fuck.

and don't speak English well.
I know all the words I just never spoke it. In everyday life. Few times at work, at school a but, jokingly with friends or strangers, using it in my thoughts, swap cro germ engl thoughts. You speak a language if you think in that language. Spoke it 2 days ago to a random kid at the gym who hit the bag too, Tunesian kid who came alone to Europe and can swap between perfect british accent and american accent. He said we don't know if we die tomorrow. Jesus he is a bit right. I told him you got time, the next 60 years. Man I need to stop. Totally off topic now. Am at the gym. Figuring to upload a quick video for you. Ah it's up let me try. I recorded a round. I'm due for a real gym with real bags. I am ruining this one. Not even kicking it really. Work with what you have.

If what y'all are doing works for you and works for him then good for you I'll stay out out of it. No I definitely dont try to fight everybody I disagree with. I try to fight people that say I didnt do things I know that I did. I dont know why you would want to see a receipt?
