Centcom manipulated intelligence on ISIS (to make it seem like progress was greater)

But but but Trump is an idiot for getting his foreign policy advice from "the shows" instead of respected professionals in the military and intelligence agencies.. LOL

Actually, that shows how smart he is. These are the same geniuses that got us into Vietnam and Iraq.. And lose wars against 3rd world countries. Fuck their advice. Why would you take advice from proven liars and losers?

...you're kidding me, right? I've seen CT Youtube videos with more knowledge of warfare than Trump. The guy is the CM Punk of foreign affairs.

I don't think a successful foreign policy really requires much knowledge. Just be really good at bending people to your will.

I completely disagree. Diplomacy and understanding of complex issues is a MUST.

That can all be learned on the job.

Negotiation tactics and strong-arming, basically applying the 48 laws of power, takes real skill that only some people can learn and takes a long, long time to learn. Actually, that's what diplomacy is and we try to act like diplomacy is friendship. It's part of the reason that foreign diplomats wipe the floor with us in negotiations.

We appoint people like Caroline Kennedy to be diplomats rofl meanwhile other countries are appointing the most ruthless, sociopathic people they can find.

Trump has promised to use guys like Carl Icahn. We have the best, smartest, ruthless people in the world. We should use them.

How can one negotiate when they don't truly understand the situation? Trump has shown time and time again that he has no idea what he's talking about. Sure, the rhetoric sounds good, but he lacks insight.

I'll take "How Corporate America Works" for $500 please Alex.

The guys on Pawn Stars often don't know anything about what they're negotiating for but they do it really well. Have you ever seen Storage Wars? Those guys have no idea what's in those trailers but there's still an art to it. I'd assume that's why Trump called his book the Art of the Deal.

Pawn Stars....right.

Trump's business skills are VASTLY overrated. Inherited a massive company from his father and went bankrupt 6 times...More than any company in the country.

I'm from NJ, so I remember his casino business well.

Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts reported losses of $647 million from 1995 through 2004. He paid himself $40 million in that time.
