People always act like it's this weird thing to do, but the vast majority of celebrities have great plastic surgeries done.

Some people just get unlucky. But it makes sense that they tried.

Many are like aliens yes, but also we have to consider aging. If you show a pic from someone around 30 year old and compare this when they are 50 it will almost always look bad. Those years someone go from looking young to going towards being a grandmother or grandfather.

Is there ANY facial cosmetic surgery that goes well? I can only think maybe the nose... I think surgeons nailed that but otherwise it always looks terrible.

I think she's Mediterranean so Italian with Moroccan mixture. She simply can tan really well in the sun. Not all white people are always white, some Europeans get decently brown. It's not uncommon. Especially for Italy, Greece, Balkans and Spain / Portugal.
