Sometimes the cosmetic surgery doesn't look that bad. I forget the actors name now, not helpful, but saw him in an older film and then later in a newer film and I could tell he had had some minor work done around his eyes, I'm guessing, It looked natural I thought.

Saw a John Wayne film from the 1970s. Looked like he was wearing a toupee or a bad hair transplant had been done. And sure enough found a mention he wore a hair piece in later movies.
