Don't care. I wouldn't mind getting in shape like that if I didn't worry about other stuff. Probably, isn't too bad if you are not on it too long. I suspect in the not to distant future, scientist will see statistics that the possible health problems due to cycling on steroids are completely offset by the health benefits gained by being in shape.
There was a scientist on NPR like a couple of years ago who was promoting that science should be looking into the benefits of providing drugs that help give people more energy to hit the gym or whatever. Science hasn't been pragmatic in the benefits to someone's health by "cheating". Being fat and out of shape is unquestionably bad. One cycle is probably questionably bad.
