Of course I can’t prove it without details but Trump makes it no secret that he desires to shut down people that criticize. He’s already sued networks and people for making a joke about him. With all the crazy news these days I just wouldn’t put it past him to have that be part of the deal.

Stephen Colbert just comes across smug and condescending as fuck. Jon Stewart at least seems to speak to the every person. Colbert looks and acts like an ambulance chasing attorney. For all of us who started with Jon Stewart it was hard seeing him replaced. Stewart seems like he has some modicum of values, Colbert seems like a corporate stooge.

So why hasn't he shut down everything else that criticizes him? You guys are loons. Colbert got cancelled because the show sucks, and it costs more to produce than they're bringing in. It's quite simple.

The "big" guest he had on for this show, was Adam Schiff. A creepy looking US Senator, that nobody gives a shit to hear from, but him. Yeah, that'll put butts in seats.

It's the "entertainment" industry, and he wasn't entertaining. End of story.

I gave a brief history of Trump trying to get people canned that criticize. It’s enough to warrant discussion. It’s hilarious that you guys come up with every conspiracy under the sun and this one somehow goes too far even though we’ve seen Trump demand for so many people to be canceled for daring to say something negative about him. Vaccines kill you, democrats use cloud seeding to cause natural disasters, sandy hook was a hoax OK, Biden rigged the election, etc but this one is too much….
