There are a lot of fighters who know absolute shit about other fighters and their styles/records. A lot of fighters don't even watch UFC events unless they have teammates fighting in them.

All you have to do is look at the old "fighter prediction" articles to see that the pros have no special insight that allows them to correctly assess every fight.
