Cat couldn't stop Tate's TD's, Rousey will sub her

People can always work on things before their next fight.

This is going to be a real 'Cat fight'!

That is all.

Cat's no slouch off her back. Her striking, particularly her leg striking, is fairly crisp for WMMA, so I see this matchup being fairly more competitive than Rousey-Tate.

I see Rhonda throwing her down and arm barring her within the first. Strikes won't matter much when Cat is getting arm barred.

Cat will by far be the most dangerous striker rousey will of faced by far

she isn't a slow,plodding,nonathletic boxer like kaufman

she is very athletic, quick, and has muy thai

let's just hope for some belcher vs palhares scenario. that would be cool

Td's is not gonna win it. Cat's striking is better than TATE's the right candidate to fight for the title was awarded. It's the most interesting matchup because Cat has a huge upper body and can strike!

I see Cat taking the back from Ronda's kesa gatame, getting hooks / body triangle, and smashing her.

She has something about her that's special that makes her stand out from the rest of the pack.

Very easy win for Rousey. Tate should've won that fight!! Illegal knee, early stoppage, WTF?

She looked pretty good in the clinch, which is where Rousey gets her takedowns....

Also her jiu jitsu looked pretty solid in all of her fights so far, but....

Rousey is in a different class as a grappler...

Not an illegal knee....

Not an early stoppage...

I see Rousey taking it in usual Rousey style.

Sad but true. Still Cat has some good wrestling, she should just work on her TDD for these couple of months and hope he stops some of them in a fight so she can let those hands go. Her striking is better than Ronda's for sure. If she rocks Ronda on feat it will be interesting. War Cat!!

I think Ronda will use something other than the armbar this time. Cat has a decent ground game, but I can't see it being a match for rouseys determination on the mat.

She was mostly getting taken down by shots and I don't think i've ever seen Rousey shoot a takedown. She'll have to clinch with her which could be dangerous standing.

Tate rushed her at the start, body locked and tripped her. Tate started the same as Ronda does, difference being that Cat probably wont get up against Ronda.

I going Ronda in about 2 minutes.

And side control smoothly early on, then mount. Cat isn't as physically strong as he looks, but she does have heart and can throw down...but not the qualities to prevent being armbarred.

The only reason why Rousey had been using the armbar over and over up until now is because her opponents kept offer their arms to her the moment she Judo-tossed them to the floor. If Rousey can grab onto Zingano's ankle for an extended amount of time the way Tate did, she ain't gonna let it go just to look for an armbar, you know what I'm saying? :)

That being said, Zingano's "Octagon Jitters" was apparent from the moment she walks out and was looming over her for two full round, and she never really find the confidence in her superior striking game until the third. Let's hope she learned something from this experience, 'cause if that was Rousey in the cage tonight, Zingano would've certainly lose a limb in the very first sub attempt.

I sense another pathetically predictable first round armbar finish. Seriously, just wake me up when Rousey doesn't win a fight by armbar in the first.
