Wow, I had no idea cutting off oxygen to the brain could lead to prolonged brain injury..........

People tap in training. This is more a problem for porn stars than it is fighters.

How about the more frequent chokes used for the jiu jitsu practicioners?

Does someone who recieves chokes more often gain resistance to some of these effects through conditioning?

Seems more of an BJJ issue than MMA.

lol. i always felt like there had to be some type of damage done, even though everyone within mma seemed to say there were no long-term affects.

No shit smart guy, but the questions are, what effects will be encountered? To what degree do these chokes have an effect? How often can this happen until you run the risk of encountering said problems? So on and so forth.

When I was younger (and dumber)

Me and a few friends used to choke ourselves out to sleep during frat party's.
(which is stupid, and a little bit gay come to think of it)
((Until someone sharded is pants, that was over after this))

    People tap before it happens

    Non issue

Just look at how fast Conor taps to chokes

Nah, if the guy gets choked from behind it's ok. Eye contact is not possible and that's the gay litmus test <{ohyeah}>

At least I now have an excuse for my stupidity and shit memory.

I’ve been put to sleep a bunch of times and have been borderline unconscious many times as well.
