Case of mistaken identity, undercover cops beat down student.

So who here thinks if the victim was Black, he also would have been acquitted?

Just asking.

Funny how cops forget to do the most basic fucking thing before bullying people: identifying themselves.

That's usually right before their favorite activity...... beating people while demanding they stop resisting the beating.

Just imagine how many guys over the years have been to prison for incidents like this? So many guys that have been convicted of assaulting a police officer, I'm convinced are bullshit like this. Terrible.

I've been stopped by plain clothes officers before whom didn't identify themselves.

They came across like fucking gangsters - which a lot of them are. Lol

Those shitheads need to be fired, and have their pensions liquidated to reimburse that poor kid and his family.

Fucking piece of shit cops. They almost killed him and tried to ruin his life.

How badly beaten are you when you have blood in your eyes?

the police robbed this guy of his life and he has to start school all over if possible. False imprisonment and accusations, sounds like they owe him a multimillion dollar settlement.

video is fake. the guy getting beat is white.

"if you are not black you do not know what it is like to suffer police brutality" - Bernie "cuck" Sanders

I like how you guys only acknowledge police brutality when it happens to white people. If it were a black guy, he should have been more compliant, because right or wrong, innocent or guilty, you dont resist police because you don't win anything out of it.

That's what police do. They beat you, shoot your dog, arrest you. Realize they made a mistake and charge you anyway. All fake charges of course. Resisting arrest ect. Cause guess what, if you're poor you're going to take a plea rather than risk 10 years in prison. The police bribe suspects to admit guilt. And it works.

Which is why we need less laws. Police should not be apart of our daily lives as much as possible. End the drug war. Bring back the 4th amendment. Protect the people from the police.
I agree with this. Police will beat down the underaged and the poor knowing most of the time they won't/can't do anything about it. I don't think race is a big part of it in most places, just bad police.

Yes they do owe him millions. Emphasis on they as in the police. Subtract the money from their budget.

Terrifying. I hope he gets millions and the cops lose their jobs and go to prison. Fucking pigs.

They = taxpayer.

I recognize it any way. I think it is hypocritical that white victim rarely = huge news story or riot
while black criminal like Eric Brown = go ahead and riot

All things being equal, white people are more likely to be killed than blacks by cops. This is fact.

Hey I agree on all points but a lot of right wingers are exactly like what I described. I guess you're just not one of them.

Based on the video that was released I'd think anyone would be acquitted that didn't have a criminal record.

There's a big difference between a cop in uniform asking someone to comply and undercover cops that don't even id themselves.
