Not sure. He clearly declined after usada and then got an undeserved ts and took a beating against Lawler and then quit against Demian
 
Rankings are trash. It would be like ranking pro wrestlers and taking it seriously.

Totally agree with you. He's in my top three favorite fighters of all time. I'm hoping for a vintage NBK against Magny.
 
True although he also had a win vs nick and he only lost once after his title shot. So even though he hasn't beaten anyone in awhile in the top 10 he didn't actively lose the spot
 
Condit is an mma god among men.

I say give him whatever he wants whenever he wants it.
 
Other than Maia, Condit was never beaten decisively at WW in the UFC in my opinion. Even the GSP was close.
 
I have nothing against Magny but I hope NBK wrecks the shit out of him.
 
He might be riding on past accomplishments, but in MMA its allowed until you look absolutely horrible. He basically had a draw or slightly bested against Lawler and subbed by the best blackbelt. He probably is top 10, but he's had 40 fights and is older so never know. Put him against a mid level opponent for return and if he doesn't fight the same, drop him from rankings.
 
Magny is going to humiliate Condit.

Ranked 8th where exactly?

No one that has even the faintest MMA knowledge gives the "official" UFC rankings even the slightest credibility

Became interim champ. Finished Hardy and Alves, something GSP couldn't do. Very close fight with GSP. Arguably beat Lawler. Very average fighter. LOL<JonesDXSuckIt>
