Ok so this park is right on the beach, we’re limited to 100 days a year so no one lives here, it’s just for holidays. We own our cabin but body corporate fees are like $5k, and we can’t sublet unfortunately.

It’s a vacation destination of sorts, depends what you’re looking for. Not resort style with swim up bars but it’s fun all the same!

That’s called a “time share” here. Usually on lakes, rivers , beaches and out in the woods.

Reading more i missunderstood. So you can’t be there more than 100 days, but your “units” aren’t shared with others??

Our cabin time share places , have time limits per year you can use. But it’s a grouping of different places.

So you want a weekend at lake “x” you set the dates and a unit is assigned to you for the weekend.
Next weekend you can set time at “lake y” instead etc.

No it’s not a time share, it’s empty when we’re not here. It’s kinda weird I guess but they clearly don’t want people to live here so I guess that’s the reason.

Nah that kid isn’t here luckily. There’s a family of Pacific Islanders near us, really hope my son doesn’t have a disagreement with one of their kids, their Dads are either very large or very fit (or both)

In the park again for the summer, got here Boxing Day. Sitting down watching the cricket and drinking beers and a huge tree fell in the park! No one hurt but the emergency services had to come and cut it up etc.

Not much has changed here, weather is good, going fishing soon, eating and not exercising, good times!

Oh and my man loaded me up before Xmas, got some nice bud, some edibles and some gummies, great option by the sea.
