Would someone explain this to me

Would someone explain this to me, how did the tesserract end up where it was, I thought it was at the bottom of the ocean at that time with Steve Rodgers

The Blunt gifs have nothing to do with her sex appeal. I' not really attracted to her. The post is more about her presence in the role. She's tough, yet vulnerable.

I liked Brie's tits in Skull Island, don't recall disliking her in the movie either. She always looks like she has a touch of the downs facially though lol.
The point is they are practically the same. Both are skinny white moderately attractive white chicks. Regardless of you think would be better or who I think would be better it wouldn't make a lick of difference with the majority of negative reviews this movie has received from people/bots with an agenda. Its a comic book movie, the mark is success is money and this movie is doing fine no matter how loud the "critics" get. It's a decent movie with the Marvel name helping it. No more no less, just like Black Panther. What will make me laugh is if it continues in BP's footsteps and get a completely unjustified Oscar nod for anything outside cgi, costumes or soundtrack.

Maybe just rumors, who knows? I was actually waiting for someone to post those infos as it's been much talked about since last week. Especially the empty theaters.
Could be true. I went for a Tuesday 4:25pm showing and there was less than 10 people in the theater.

CAPTAIN MARVEL Stays No. 1 with $69 Million, Soars to $760 Million Globally

Captain Marvel easily stayed No. 1 in its second weekend, earning another $69 million in North America and $120 million overseas for a mighty worldwide total of $760 million.

The pic's domestic total stands at $266 million; the foreign tally is $494 million.

The first female-led superhero pic from Marvel Studios and Disney — starring Brie Larson — is now assured of ultimately earning $1 billion. And it's already passed up a slew of superhero pics.

In North America, where it declined less than 55 percent, Captain Marvel scored one of the top 20 second weekends of all time as more females turned out.

Elsewhere, Paramount's animated family pic Wonder Park, costing as much as $100 million to produce before marketing, opened in second place with a dismal $16 million from 3,838 cinemas. The silver lining: it had been tracking to take in only $8 million to $12 million. Nevertheless, the movie stands to be a major loser unless it does big business overseas and holds up exceptionally well in the U.S.

CBS Films' teen drama Five Feet Apart followed in third place with an estimated $13.2 million from 2,803 theaters, nearly double its modest production budget of $7 million.

760M by today. By this coming Friday will be around 810M or so. Next weekend should be around 80-100M . So probably over 900M by the end Sunday 3/24.

Another week till the end of the month and it's basically at a billion. Damn.

If Disney is misreporting boxoffice numbers I think they could be in some big trouble. They are a publicly traded company and lying about financial data is the sort of thing that the FCC doesn't take kindly to and that investors tend to sue over.

Luckily the post is from Cosmicbook which is clickbait central. So chances are pretty low of it being anything.

LMAO! Cosmic Book News! That’s the source? This is the same website that gave Captain Marvel a negative review because they saw Nick Fury “washing dishes”. Yeah. I wouldn’t believe in anything they say. That’s why they’re banned from a couple of subreddits and a couple of websites I visit. But hey, they give those youtubers a “source” to help them back their “boycott” with the movie. Basically, they’re full of shit and the moment you see their logo just believe in the opposite thing they say.

I'll bite on this one last time before anyone else gets mislead by Cosmic Book News. The rumor already lost credibility when they said Deadline was manipulating numbers. Deadline is a website that run by assholes, but they have reputation to keep their shit right because they have actual Hollywood sources. Also, this post looks like it came from Google Reviews....

I really don't know why people are so hung up on Captain Marvel, man, but sure if you still believe Cosmic Book News, go ahead. I'm done with this conspiracy on the box office numbers.

Here's an external source for the box office numbers that isn't Deadline, just in case you wanted another source. That's from boxofficeguru.

You're a fake news angry incel apparently if you're trying to hate on Captain Marvel.

I don't like Disney, they are too powerful, it is becoming a monopoly and they are running to much.

They have a shady enough past and there are plenty of theories on all the up to no good they do but now they are getting to the point where they own the movie rights, the theater, the adverts before the film, the critics work for them even the fucking review sites belong to them.

It's too much.

Tuesday at 4:25pm would be one of the least busiest times to watch a movie. Vast majority of people are working or in school.

Now I'm seriously wondering how many people didn't really dislike the movie, but were just influenced by their dislike of Brie.

Does anyone here hate Brie Larson and like the movie...

Or liked Brie Larson and hated the movie?
I’ve liked Brie since United States of Tara and I think she was just passable. I blame the director more than her though. I know she can act, but she didn’t pull off the role as well as I believe she could.

See how she does next time out with the Russos, GOAT MCU directors at the helm.

I actually thought she was solid in this. The characterization overall might have had some issues here and there but I liked her and was rooting for. Overall, definitely enjoyed the film quite a bit.

I am a fan too. Quality actress. She was great in Room which is a very good film. You ever see that film The Spectacular Now? Thought it was good (not as great as some of the critical response) but really felt that Miles Teller, Shalene Woodley, and Larson seemed very authentic in their roles.
