Law Capitol Rioter Megathread

Why is that not a serios question? Why were some cops fighting with protesters while other cops were walking them around through the Capitol?
I think when you say walking them around you mean guiding them out of the building. Once the windows and doors were breached the police had a choice to either start shooting people or pull back and start trying to deescalate. For a specific answer you need to provide the specific video you're referring to but that in no way absolves the intent and the violence committed by others.

I guess we'll have to see what happens. Do you think the justice system is being fair and balanced?
So far yes. Who do you think has been unfairly treated or do you mean that they haven't devoted the same amount of resources in finding all the violent offenders during the BLM protests?

The BLM rioters were magnitudes worse than anything that happened on J6. We also had the riots on Trump's inauguration.

"What happened on 1/6 is worse than the invasion of Iraq!" <45>

The scale might have been larger but Jan 6th was a direct attack on our elected lawmakers and our democracy.
Would you characterize people that tried to block the hallways so Kavanaugh couldn't be sworn is as a direct attack on our democracy?

He thinks white supremacy is supposedly the biggest issue facing America. Just pat him on the head and move on.

Sit ins aren't violent and there's no time frame stipulated in the Constitution that he should be sworn in by. If these guys couldn't get Pence to reject the legal Electors then they wanted to delay and punt it to the SCOTUS. In Kavanaugh's case it was just a protest that would cause an inconvenience. I am all for people like that being rounded up by the police and arrested. And if they're blocking traffic the cops should shove them into the paddy wagon without a hand on their head. :D

He probably respects me more than he does you so just keep walking... {<diva}
And you're on record as thinking that white supremacy is the biggest issue facing the US.

Meanwhile...

So both of you are disingenuous?
I wasn't being disingenuous but 9/11 had terrorists so I used that example. Yes, this was more of a civil war, if it was just a bunch of MAGA dopes instead of the entire south attempting to secede.
