I don't think it was that clear. Petroski's leg kicks were the most damaging and clean strikes of the round. Viera landed some good stuff, but the commentators were overexaggerating every blocked shot he threw. As far as actual clean strikes it was pretty close.

So while Viera might have gotten it, it was actually really close IMO.
