He probably is in over his head but he could also surprise us. Spence was supposed to be the toughest fight of his career and it turned out to be one of the easiest. It wasn't until after Bud spanked him that Spence became damaged goods (car accident). Nobody was saying that before the fight. If he does beat Canelo then I imagine it'll be similar. It's true that Canelo has shown slippage in recent years. He's not the same fighter he was several years ago but it'd still be a huge statement if Bud manages to beat him at SMW.The more Crawford fights I watch the more I'm convinced he's leaving this fight on a stretcher. He's in way over his head. Indescribable trouble.
@RR told me personally that he should retire a couple years before the Crawford fight. He probably is in over his head but he could also surprise us. I didn't know RR said that. Was this said publicly or in private? I hope that Bud doesn't bottle up and go into survival mode like Charlo but it's a possibility.@RR told me personally that he should retire a couple years before the Crawford fight.
But I will say that this Canelo is not the Canelo of old, so it makes it fairer, if that's even a word @Madmick
If this was 4 years ago, this would be a bullshit fight but I think Crawford can be alright in this fight.
But it also can be a severe ass beating that Canelo hands out.
Looking at that press conference, it seems that it's gonna be another Canelo-Charlo type fight.
I'd rather not see Crawford smashed up because that's all people (casuals) will remember.
Yea its going to be a Canelo UD.
No one will go hard, and they will make great money doing it.

Privately. Around the Danny Garcia fight.I didn't know RR said that. Was this said publicly or in private? I hope that Bud doesn't bottle up and go into survival mode like Charlo but it's a possibility.
Respectfully, yes.
There's no way I see Crawford winning. Other than the size factor and Canelo's chin and other technical aspects, Canelo is the A side and he always gets more favorable judging. Only way Crawford wins is if he absolutely dominates like Bivol did but I don't see how he would do that. I think it's possible Bud makes it a close fight but a close fight means the judges give it to Canelo. Bud stopping Canelo is pure fantasy.
Respectfully, yes.
Let's not bring in Errol Spence into this, he's a shot fighter and even at his peak was nowhere near as good as Canelo.

No you weren'tlet me put it this way I was the only one on here that picked him to stop Spence
