The more Crawford fights I watch the more I'm convinced he's leaving this fight on a stretcher. He's in way over his head. Indescribable trouble.

He probably is in over his head but he could also surprise us. Spence was supposed to be the toughest fight of his career and it turned out to be one of the easiest. It wasn't until after Bud spanked him that Spence became damaged goods (car accident). Nobody was saying that before the fight. If he does beat Canelo then I imagine it'll be similar. It's true that Canelo has shown slippage in recent years. He's not the same fighter he was several years ago but it'd still be a huge statement if Bud manages to beat him at SMW.

@RR told me personally that he should retire a couple years before the Crawford fight.

But I will say that this Canelo is not the Canelo of old, so it makes it fairer, if that's even a word @Madmick

If this was 4 years ago, this would be a bullshit fight but I think Crawford can be alright in this fight.

But it also can be a severe ass beating that Canelo hands out.

Looking at that press conference, it seems that it's gonna be another Canelo-Charlo type fight.
I'd rather not see Crawford smashed up because that's all people (casuals) will remember.

I didn't know RR said that. Was this said publicly or in private? I hope that Bud doesn't bottle up and go into survival mode like Charlo but it's a possibility.

Holes have been shown in Canelos game the past few fights and I guarantee you Crawford will capitalize

There's no way I see Crawford winning. Other than the size factor and Canelo's chin and other technical aspects, Canelo is the A side and he always gets more favorable judging. Only way Crawford wins is if he absolutely dominates like Bivol did but I don't see how he would do that. I think it's possible Bud makes it a close fight but a close fight means the judges give it to Canelo. Bud stopping Canelo is pure fantasy.

Privately. Around the Danny Garcia fight.
A lot of people don't know but Spence has been in 3 car accidents. The main one and then two others after.

I think people are in for a shock in this fight Bud is legit put it this way styles do make fights and anytime Canelo has stepped into the ring with someone who's style was likely to give him fits he lost Crawford is not Bivol who just fought mostly by using his size advantage and keeping him at bay never caught Canelo with anything that would potentially knock him out in the first GGG fight a lot of people saw his style giving Canelo fits and yes Canelo arguably lost that fight GGG is a bulldozer type fighter where he usually breaks you down over time and then takes you out as for Mayweather he schooled Canelo but didn't have the power to hurt Canelo now Crawford brings in a style that Canelo has never faced before he can fight inside and he can fight outside he can counter head/body break you down if you decide to trade with him he can walk you into a big shot like he did Benavidez he's the full package and imo that's one way he will be able to stop Canelo by luring him in to a shot he might not see coming he's also quick and very crafty and anytime he's been in trouble like the Gamboa fight or Kavilauskis he turned up the heat on them right away and stopped them what this shows me is he doesn't put on of full display of talent and skill until he faces some adversity and most people don't realize what he's capable of doing in the ring and unless Canelo goes defensive and tries to counter all night he's going to get caught eventually once he either starts to get frustrated or tries to trade with Bud let me put it this way I was the only one on here that picked him to stop Spence because of thd style matchup but I had no idea he'd make it look that easy now in the biggest fight of his life I'm gonna go ahead and predict he puts on the performance of his life

Respectfully, yes.

Let's not bring in Errol Spence into this, he's a shot fighter and even at his peak was nowhere near as good as Canelo.

But Spence was supposed to be the guy that most people were saying was gonna beat Crawford yet Crawford absolutely humiliated him now all of a sudden he was damaged goods well no one seemed to think he was damaged goods after he beat Garcia and stopped Ugas they literally were confidently picking Spence to beat Crawford then once he lost all these excuses started pouring in you can't have it both ways so it conveniently defends your beliefs

And he doesn't need to be as good as Canelo overall the style matchups are more important
