As others have said, sue the media that reported the story without verification. Sue em into Bolivia!
Seriously though, they're more culpable than whoever made the accusation. Hopefully someone will bring a suit and win a decision on the level of too hot McDonald's coffee settlement. Irresponsible media must be held accountable for the damage they're causing society.

It's an extension of American suing culture. Weirdos seeing people suing fast food companies for apple pie innards being too hot, and thinking "how can I get on board this gravy train, then?"
It's got absolutely nothing to do with equality or justice, it's about attempting to grab 15mins of fame and hopefully financial benefits.
