Canada's vetting of refugees

whenever north american's talk about they are against refugees coming to north america we are swarmed by liberals saying that refugees go through a strict vetting process before they can be accepted into the country. so how do they explain this?

The Windsor Star reports Jonathon Nicola, a refugee from South Sudan who claims he is 17 years old, was arrested for contravening the Immigration Refugee Protection Act on Wednesday."

so canada can't even vet the refugees enough to figure out their real ages, but we are supposed to believe they can figure out if they would be prone to extremism?

I used to work in a Toronto housing project, one of the big ones. We saw a lot of refugees come through the doors, the outright fraud and abuse was mind blowing, but socialist are going to socialist, so it just continued. Such a broken system.

I'd say this is much more of an egregious error since you're placing an adult male in the midst of teenagers. Had he played College ball, it wouldn't be as disturbing.

So not only is it a safety issue, but it's not fair to the other basketball players.

I'm more concerned about the abuse of the refugee system than the effect it has on high school basketball.

Sure, the immigration process in general in the greatest problem, but if he fled Sudan and got a job away from children, it wouldn't be nearly as bad.
