Young people were never at much risk. The average age of death from covid is like 80. Natural immunity is superior. Face the facts you got scared from the constant fear porn on the news and rushed to get your shots as soon as possible. You're a frightened little twat. Terrified of covid. Pathetic really.

Why are you forced to choose between it and a job?
Or young men and heart disease?
Or women who want to have kids and worried about their ability to have a period ?
Or those that had bad side effects?
Guess fuck them all? You don’t care because a protest?

I was never scared. I was always doing my part to stop the spread.

Like a fucking adult. I realize that I live in a society.

The lockdowns and mandates pissed a lot of people off. Caused a lot of hardship.

Any attempt at honest disputation about these issues was met with the same vile classist paternalism that's been roiling this thread: "Listen to your betters rednecks! Stay the fuck home grandma killer!"

There was no way Trudeau would ever lose face by even talking to them- so the protest won't change federal policy. They were always gonna fail in that regard.

But a tiny fraction of the population managed to take the discourse beyond the sole control of the government and the organs of the media that had monopolized the narrative of the past two years.

Suddenly the rationale behind the cascade of human right issues that turned our society into a technocratic caste system for two years can be openly questioned.

It's my personal view this is the singular reason why people are pissed off. Occupy Wall Street didn't have trucks, but that was because the right kind of demographic that was acceptable to the establishment were saying the right kind of things. These things promptly became the next marketing strategy for the subjugation they impose now.

Once a protest that actually involved actual blue collar types emerged, the protestors who were minimally violent were immediately derided as racists, the minorities who supported them had their voices summarily ignored and in some cases erased.

But what choice did the government and the establishment and assorted sycophants have?

Having dug their grave on the hill of "inclusivity" and other empty types of empty-calorie rhetoric, calumny and othering could be their only recourse. Otherwise the whole "Be kind" motif that they like propeller-dick in peoples faces to make themselves paragons of morality stops making sense.

Every day that protest runs is a victory to those voices. And after two years It feels good to be able to hear that voice from others. I feel like Theoden waking up from his Biden-Trance.

And meh...the "dick of the law" ain't Nigerian, so it won't hurt too much. It actually sounds like a another excuse to raise ten mill. It seems with how fast the protestors can raise these large sums that a sizable portion is funding this small fraction.

Yeah and i was never scared of the vaccine. I had covid, and like most people I was completely fine and acquired natural antibodies. No need for the vaccine.
 
Poor lost provaxxers. The narrative is crumbling and they just can't cope. They've become so accustomed to the pandemic and 24/7 fear porn they can't imagine the world moving on. Omicron is mild, the vaccines never stopped the spread and may be making things worse. The vaccine can have nasty side effects and should never have been mandated.
