Well, goodnight Sherbros! I'm gonna sleep like a baby!
Goodnight.
Well, goodnight Sherbros! I'm gonna sleep like a baby!
For how long the protections against new strains vaccines still offer some protection sevearl weeks two months? if you read some articles they never do say such data.
I see why you're so pro vax, my apologies. Never too late to start losing some kgs!I'm 6 feet, 240.
Just as I would. If I believed that me taking the injections would actually somehow prevent others from getting Covid, I'd get the injections.
I was booked for my injection back when they were still claiming 94% effective. And "vaccinated" people couldn't spread Covid- remember that lie?
It certainly didn't take long to see that the 94% was bullshit. I became suspicious immediately and as more time passes, it is becoming more and more obvious that I've made the correct decision.
Young and healthy people aren't clogging up hospitals. The injections do nothing to prevent transmission. Please explain why the hell a healthy person would get the injection.
How can any sane or logical person be in favour of young and health people getting the injections?
Sweet dreams!Well, goodnight Sherbros! I'm gonna sleep like a baby!
You argue with religious zealots and expect to change their messiahSeriously, my goal isn't to put anyone down but this has gone too far.
You don't count flu deaths for 3 years. Why are we counting different strains with a running total. We now know omicron is much like the flu with a survival rate of 99.998%. Do people really think we need a vaccine that allows the virus to keep spreading?
I feel like I'm going crazy because this I so obvious to me. What am I missing besides two shots and a booster.
That studying and data should take years not a data released within month or two. That information varies a lot and the data on that will likely need much more studying.
But with each new variant, the vaccine has lost effectiveness. What is your point then?Because he made an argument about vaccine effectiveness when they were first released.
Wow. I've been saying almost the exact thing word for word since this started. Had he said that he would have taken the wind out of the protests sails before they even got to Ottawa. I really don't understand how he didn't say that. He's leading with his ego, which obviously isn't leadership.Trudeau is such a poor god damn leader. This was such soft pass to him that he could've easily garnered more support if he had half a brain.
"I hear your frustration, we are all canadians and we are all sick of restrictions and I assure you I have ZERO interest in keeping any restrictions in place for any longer than it is necessary. I do believe that we're at the tail end of this pandemic but our health care system at this moment is heavily strained. So I would ask everyone to come together and hold on for a while longer and I promise you we will lift all restrictions as soon as possible. You are all my fellow canadians and I may not always agree with you but I will always respect you.
Or something to the tune of that but NOOOOO
"This is a fringe group"
"These people are racist"
"I'm not addressing these people"
"Are we really going to tolerate these people"
He's such a useless fucking idiot.

Seriously, my goal isn't to put anyone down but this has gone too far.

You know what they said? it takes years to develop one.Agreed.
I'm not into the name calling, or pitting one group against another.
I just want to see real proof the "vaccine" is effective against transmission.
Convince me that by getting injected I could potentially save another's life, and I'd be very likely to do it.
Personally, I'm not worried about going to the hospital or dying- and that's why it should be my choice.
I imagine that there are quite a few people who see things similarly to me. I'm not a Covid denier, although the severity has definitely been exaggerated. I'm not antivax, as I've had plenty of them. I'm definitely not a "right-wing racist Nazi".
I just simply don't think that the injections prevent transmission.
Hopefully they develop a real, effective vaccine.

Don't worry bro more and more people are waking up every day. Pro vaxxers are still trying to come to terms with being wrong. Most will never admit theyve been fooled and used.Seriously, my goal isn't to put anyone down but this has gone too far.

considering that omicron spread like fire, your "potential" is wishful thinking. Even 76% for the original strain is nothing close to 95% efficacy. There have been many studies showing vaccine effectiveness in neutralizing the virus, which has downstream effects on transmission. Also studies that show breakthroughs occur depending on many factors, so it is not 100% effective, but it is also not 0%. There is a percentage not contracting virus who would normally. So if all you are just looking for is "potential", it's more than there. It is also shown that vaccinated clear viral load faster, so that should be potential for shorter contagious period. Slow transmission to some extent and add some potential protection for those around you: yes. End pandemic: no.
This applies to wuhan and delta strain, but is shows how there is potential
Having one fully vaccinated parent reduced the risk for infection with the original strain of the coronavirus in children by 26%, while having two fully vaccinated parents cut the risk by nearly 72%, according to the researchers
