Can You Remove Battery On Electric Bike To Charge It?

well ideally you get two batteries and charge one while you use the other

People on e-bikes all deserve to get their asses kicked.
 
Seems like these motorized skateboards and such are a fire hazard when charging. Wouldn't want to live in a condo with owners of these things.
