Can We Stop With The Conor Took The Loss Like A True Champion Nonsense

Of course, on Sherdog, saying something positive about a fighter is met with criticism

He plays it off well, but by "taking all the blame" (as if that's humble).... he's also discrediting what NATE DID.

"I was inefficient" = "He didn't beat me, I beat myself"

getting really tired of this crap have we really fallen down this far that we give credit, pat people on the back and saying good job for people doing something that your suppose to do?

reminds me of this chris rock comedy bit

Agreed TS!

Sounds like an informed comment considering you're addressing a shark in a suit.

Because how you take a loss becomes more significant the more you have to lose. Let's not play dumb here. You're basically comparing Conor taking a loss with 11-12 Artem Lobov taking a loss. Are you fucking serious?

Easy to be humble when the only thing stopping you being choked to death was Herb Dean.
He should give him 1 of his Rolls Royces before they're repossesed.

It's refreshing to see someone lose with grace. Unlike Aldo. Or almost everyone else.
Take it with grace? He started calling a bunch of fighters pussies making excuse after excuse.

Before the fight: "Weight should never matter."

After; "I lost because he was the bigger man, my shots would KO people in my own weight class."

Lmao.

If you want it to stop so why did you start a new thread about that ?

Oh god please stop talking about something you have no clue about...
Conor didnt start anything he just answered to those two chickens that are aldo and rda whom celebrated like losers Conor's defeat on tweeter, calling him a pussy
Conor just shut their mouths, started nothing

Why? The first thing that went through everyone's heads is how is Conor going to face the public after this. He didn't bail out of the cage, skip the press conference or avoid media interviews afterwards. Too many haters in the fight game. I was an avid Conor fan but thought his attitude was wearing thin on me like Ronda's was but he had the balls to be honest, accept defeat and move forward in his career. Aldo, Weidman, Ronda, Cain etc all brought up one thing or another after loss , he didn't and accepted it. It was refreshing and actually made me want to cheer for the guy in next bout. He needed humble pie but don't shut him down for good, I remember waaay back when Chuck lost to Couture and even back then were saying how over rated Chuck was blah, blah, blah. None of us know, only the athlete does and the fire within that individual to succeed or crumble. I bet Conor is the former but do see him having a few more bumps in the road

Just ignoring the part about all the excuses? Dude just accept Conor took the loss like a bitter cunt.

He made fun of Cerrone when he lost, guess he can't take it when the shoes on the other foot huh?

There are plenty of fighters like Holly Holm who lose and don't make excuses like he did. Hell I'm starting to think he might be Brazilian himself lol.

First of call. Taking the loss like a man is like how cheal does it. No excuses whatsoever.

How the fuck did Conor take the loss graciously? He made every size excuse in the book and contridicted homself to top it off.

I give Conor no credit for how he took the loss whatsoever.

I don't know. Can we stop with the "Conor was exposed. He is no longer a draw, and his career is over, because he took one loss outside of his weight division" nonsense, while we're at it?

Conor went up and fought a 180 pound man. De Layhoya and Maywether never went up 30 pounds. Took his loss like a true champion.
