Im pretty skinny can I get jacked arms with 20's?

I'm 5'10 158lbs

Nope. But you’re asking the wrong question.

Must be a typo here.

I thought all Sherdoggers we're 6'4, 220lbs?

yeah but you gotta squat before, squatting boost your entire workout, and then you get jacked 'ceps

What you got to do is slow reps. Like 2-3 minutes per rep. And do 5 sets of 10-15 reps.

If you curl 20 lbs dumbbells in the squat rack during peak gym hours, you'll have the pythons of prime Hulk Hogan.

Fucking too right
Dm me for steroid enquiries

Negative reps, dawg. I was getting elbow issues, so I lowered my weights significantly (went from 60 lbs to 25 lbs for 3x10 reps), started doing extremely strict negative reps, and ironed up pretty quickly.

You can add a significant amount of size to your body with only those 20lb dumbbells. Workout your entire body rather than just your arms though.

6’3” 225 bruv. but atleast 20lbs of that is fat cause I haven’t worked out consistently in like a year and got tubby :-(

I can already curl the 20's like sets of 20 reps each arm

Should I get some 25's?

How much bigger will my arms be if i move up to 25's?

Or should I go big with some 30's?

I can probably only do like 5-6 reps of the 30 with my left, right could probably do 8-10

At 5'10" and 158 lbs, yes, you could see a big change with only the 20lbs dumbbells. You'll need to be creative but you can start working out with just those. You'll need less than that for some exercises.

Don't listen to the haters here. I doubt most of them can even do a pull up.

Not.. Really. It's a good start. Get some at least 40s for benching.

What they CAN do is give you the muscle memory to build on. You will also get your first gains. You will feel your bicep tighten. And even grow a tad with your high reps.

I started completely out of shape with 25lb dbs for arms, and 50s for benching. Within 4 years I was curling 60s and benching 120s without steroids. I was 210 when I started, however, and can gain size easily.

The important thing is to go heavier when they get too light, which will not take long. You can move up 5-10 lbs every few months on a bench, if you work out 5 days a week.
