Can Cyril complete the French takeover?

I'm a proud American so I probably think of these things a little different than you. For example I consider Jon Jones an American like me, while you would just classify him as a subsaharan African, and you would label Anderson Silva the same thing while I would call him a Brazilian.
This is incorrect, not how I see things at all.

He would also label Volk a Russian.

No moron, I wouldnt, Volks Australian...born and raised. Volkanovski is a Macedonian name, his father I think was from Macedonia and his mother was Greek.

Fighters are a product of where they develop, Izzy can identify as Nigerian proudly and Im indifferent, he can identify as Kiwi and Im indifferent as well. But as for being a fighter, hes from New Zealand, almost all of his training was out of New Zealand, he did like a year of Tae Kwon Do in Ghana I think before moving at 10 to New Zealand. Hes a product of New Zealand gyms, coaches, regional scenes, teammates etc. Jon Jones is as American as it gets, born and raised there, trained out of the US his whole life. A fighter like Bilal Hasan (great prospect, check him out) was born in the US and never lived in Indonesia to my knowledge, competed for the US in Pan Ams in Tae Kwon Do, has been crosstraining with Hume and Mighty Mouse since like the 8th grade...hes an American fighter, he can identify as Indonesian, get citizenship and move there, hes still going to be an American fighter but Ill gladly call him a Indonesian man if he wants.

A lot of the French fighters from the Caucasus we born in Dagestan/Chechnya and had their formative training and competing there, then brought those strengths and culture to France, so thats a little different. But Salahdine Parnasse was born and raised in France, did all his training there...hes as French a fighter as anyone in the world. Imavov I believe began martial arts around 10 after moving to France so he is as French a fighter as it gets too, hes entirely a product of France in terms of training etc.

You just did a google search before posting this long rant.

You know you would label Chito Vera as Mexican(even tho he is from Ecuador).

You can’t fool me you fatty.

<{Heymansnicker}>

Probably not

And I'm someone who.has been on the Gane Train since before he was in the UFC. He is enormously talented but I just don't think he has the mentality of a champion.

That's fair, I hope he mentally locked for this fight, he needs to be big time. For him to be victorious.

First of all Gane from the first, not the second, Big Volk fight need to show up. Secondly, he needs to tire Tom out in the first 10 minutes and avoid getting submitted.

Can he? Yes. Will he? Possibly. I think his chances are better than people think but his last fight wasn't the best performance of his career. I'm really looking forward to this fight. Not the biggest fan of either but always enjoy both of their fights. Tom might bust out this ground game we are always hearing about

I welcome a French takeover, but White-belt Baguette Gane is not the herald of said takeover.

Tom looked gassed in the 2nd vs 95 year old Arlovski…

Gane got a chance.
Must be why he ended the fight in the first 70s of that round.

Good job, retard. Have a button

Lets never forget this french just bleed savage that never gave up.

Such an inspiration.
