Out of camp, for S&C it will be a lot more focused on your "base"- aerobic output, strength, general muscle balances, etc - it's all about making sure your foundation is as solid as possible so that in fight camp you can really start developing more specific or high-end qualities, such as focusing on your shorter-duration energy systems, power output, etc.

Specific preparation will change from focusing on your own general strengths and weaknesses, to focusing on what will be specific to your gameplan for your upcoming opponent.
