In the Trump JRE show, Trump said when he was President, he asked Newsome to sign a bill to resupply California's waterways which was artificially cutoff, and Newsome rejected this.

I am here on the Palisades outskirts right this minute, the military is here in full force, the walking paths, the biking paths, everything is blocked off, and you need ID to get into these neighborhoods.
