Some dipshits were actually lighting fireworks by my pad last night. I wanted to drive out there and whoop some ass but once my old ass is in bed it’s game over.

They were lighting fireworks near my spot too last night. I had the same thought.

You don't truly believe that. No one is that stupid. No one cares what color or gender you are if you are the best person for the job. Lowering requirements to get diversity is dangerous. The Fire Chief is a DEI hire and focuses on DEI hires....listen to her....she is full of shit and because of her ideals she puts lives at risk. You want people QUALIFIED for what they can do, not for what they look like. Keep DEI where peoples lives aren't at risk. True equality means a woman should have to life what a man has to. There are a bunch of documentaries about the Camp Fire. 85 people died, but it could have easily been thousands. The fire department and police were absolutely on top of it. They were truly amazing. They didn't just do their job, they went above and beyond. There isn't any diversity in the area, so I guess they just hired the best people and it worked out. Those in charge were incredibly trained, skilled, dedicated and motivated.

If those fat lesbians were in charge I bet hundreds of not thousands would have died.

The thing is, if fat Lesbians could do the same job and they weren't being hired because they were fat lesbians, THAT is an issue. But thats not the case. Their tests abd physical requirements get lowered and we all suffer. There was on Fireman that worked with her before her appointment to Chief that said she was not a capable firefighter. Couldn't hang a ladder, couldn't do the stairs with hoses etc. This is peoples lives at stake. Hollywood is right there, they do enough DEI to leave the FD alone.

You need to bone up on American history. Affirmative action is here for a reason and fire departments were some of the most difficult organizations to integrate.

LAFD and Cal Fire have discriminated against white men since the 1970's. Almost 60 years of discrimination.

When does it end? Los Angeles public government doesn't hire white dudes. My cousin is a public defender hired in the 90's. She said she was lucky because they pushed diversity so hard they were cracking down on hiring white women.
