Cake and Gravy

I take a dump every morning. Usually not more than once a day but I have never missed a day either.

Hamburger, onion, spinach, cheese frittata
1 glass of hot chocolate

I'm usually a big fail at "cooking" but this wasn't so bad. I was even proud of myself. I did have to google how to cut an onion and what broil meant...and I did burn my hand try to pull the pan out of the oven....but the meal came out good. Lol. I also think I put too much cheese by the looks of it but you can never have too much cheese imo.

I'm really really craving sweets right now but there is nothing in the house. I honestly thought about going to the store to get some halloween reese's peanut butter cups...


 
Looks delicious - frittatas have become a staple of my man-diet.

On the topic of shitting, I have found that I have been going every other day now that I am eating less junk. I had an epic bout this morning.

I did the same thing cooking a frittatta last year, couldn't use my left hand for anything for over a week. I used a hotpad to pull it out of the oven, but when I went to serve myself i just grabbed the handle for some reason. Giant handle shaped burn across my palm, woohoo.

Love these though as it's easier to make than an omelet for me, good with potatoes in it as well. Yours looks good, definitely not to much cheese.

Since we're somehow on the subject how the hell do you guys only shit once a day or less? I shit multiple times a day.
 

Also I would say you're disgusting but yesterday I did something even worse. My roommate used corn syrup and coco powder to make fake blood for her Halloween costume. I poured a bunch of it into a jar of peanut butter and went to town.

I weighed myself this morning and I was 230. I ate a lot last night though. I'm going to try and lose 15lbs by the end of december. It shouldn't be too hard. I'm going to change my eating habits a bit but not too much. Beer consumption will be the main stay. It will take me a few days to get my nutrients down so by thursday it should look "ok".

shake: 3/4 cup of oats, 1 cup of skim milk, 1 medium banana, scoop of protein(24 g)

I shit twice daily, but I eat a lot of fiber.

My bread has the fiber and if i eat an english muffin it's a double fiber muffin. Coffee has been the key though. 1- 2 cups of coffee ftw.
 
I only drink coffee on the weekends and for two reasons:

1. Coffee rapes my sinuses so daily drinkage is out.

2. I already work circles around everyone I work with so why should I stimulate myself for teh Man? I'll save it for the weekends which will make it that much more potent, AND I'll be stimulating myself on my OWN time.

I'm guessing self stimulation would be frowned upon at your workplace as well.
