Stories like these are all that is keeping the WNBA afloat.
It sure isn’t the skill on the court.
It sure isn’t the skill on the court.
The only whining I saw was from all the black players crying.
Catlin Clark is saying she deserved to have her eye gouged and taking the most flagrant fouls.
I hope she sparks more passion in the sport to be honest, maybe she is the reason more girls play and eventually improve the standards. Women's soccer has gone up leaps and bounds in the past 10-15 years in terms of quality of play, as has women's tennis. Even women's MMA has experienced the learning curve with many much more skilled fighters in the league, making it more entertaining. I think we all want the best of the best playing.
Caitlyn's pretty much Ronda Rousey 2.0, lol.
Women's basketball existed before Caitlyn, just like WMMA did before Ronda Rousey. Clark probably does deserve the award, but she didn't need to offer any explanations. Her individual success(es) certainly impacted the entire WNBA significantly.
Like said earlier Shohei Ohtani should have gotten it. He was the most searched athlete on Google, has the most popular jersey in the MLB and increased interest in baseball in Asia. He is the first player in MLB history to hit 50 home runs and 50 stolen bases. The stuff he is doing in baseball is unheard of.I don't mind this choice. She's an extraordinary player and changing WNBA in so many ways.
Well deserved.

MLB has been massively popular for decades and there are always superstars. Same with NFL and NBA.Like said earlier Shohei Ohtani should have gotten it. Yeah it's easy to understand, it's about self preservation, that's almost always the reason people take the coward's path. She's getting punched in the head every game I hear. She's doing her best to live. It's cringe but I somehow understand.

The impact that Caitlyn Clark had on the WNBA rise's was much more significant that Otani's has been to Major League Baseball, (in my opinion). Same reasoning with Mahomes and the NFL. Or McDavid or Crosby in the NHL.
If Otani stopped playing tomorrow, would MLB's ticket sales drop, or people stop watching pro baseball? Fuck no.
If Caitlyn quit tomorrow, what impact would that have on the WNBA?
The truth is the truth. The black players hated her skill and hated the media attention those skills brought. Every time I watched one of the black players crying, they were the ones saying it was all about her race and not her talent.Foxnewsfan only knows about the negative things the blacks is doing, I am shocked beyond belief
She's like 20. Will be interesting to hear what she has to say about all this shit when she's retired because she's obviously just saying what she has to say for now.
Her coach is an absolute dipshit for not getting her an enforcer though. The girls on her team clearly have zero interest in sticking up for her.
I have no idea who she is. I can't name any of the WNBA players.
