Cain sure as hell haphazardly went for a TD and let that choke sink in really easily. That's what really sunk in

I just watched the highlight UFC put on FB. And man, I forgot how soft Cain looked that night. He's never been shredded, sure, but he's been pretty solid in a lot of past fights. He looked soft and small against Werdum, like he was 20 pounds of muscle smaller than Fabricio, who himself is not a huge HW.

I think 2016 Cain gets smoked by most of the top 5 HW's.

Funny enough Helwani was all over Cain's body during the pre fight interviews.
