I'd only like to see Cain serving a short prison sentence, if he's locked in the same cell as the POS :eek::eek::eek:.

Otherwise, just let the man be there for his little boy. That kid has been through enough already.

So you are 100% cool with people flying around in traffic for 11 miles and then shooting into cars in the middle of the day as long as the man's family doing the shooting has been through a lot?

Listen, I wish Cain had tracked this piece of shit down outside the man's house and beat the living hell out of him. But I cannot believe people condone what Cain did just b/c of what happend to his child.

The sad part is he's gonna get a gun charge and in California that's a felony for even brandishing a gun during a crime. Shooting into a home or vehicle is a MAJOR issue in this state that hates the 2nd amendment. Never use a gun for a crime in CA if anyone is thinking of committing a crime here.

In this specific instance, I am.

He only shot in to one specific car. The only person hurt was the :eek::eek::eek:'s father who
most likely facilitated his behavior a
nd felt the need to pick the :eek::eek::eek: up from jail.

It's a "You can't make an omelet without breaking a few eggs" type situation for me.

Wow....bit a stretch there don't you think? So if you have a kid and that kid kills someone it's b/c you facilitated his behavior? This topic usually brings up WAY too much emotion to actually have a constructive or rational discussion unfortunately. And the man shot was the alledged :eek::eek::eek:'s stepfather not his father.....get your facts straight if you are going to jump to conclusions.

So you’d prefer the alleged :eek::eek::eek: not be transported to get his ankle monitor put on?

It's insane how people think being a parent somehow makes you more important or subject to special treatment in relation to other people.
this part, especially.

who gives a fuck if being a parent "changes you"? if you shoot up a moving car, hitting innocent people - and the important part here is that until proven guilty, even the accused child abuser is innocent - then you belong in prison. that's it, there's all there is to it.

now in case a man is found guilty of molesting a child and is given a lenient sentence or gets free on a technicality, then we can discuss the ethical and moral limits on the father of the child. if this dude was found guilty by a court, but the judge sentenced him to 6 months probation, then i'd understand cain straight up killing him on the court steps. as it stands, the guy was accused on rather unreliable evidence, with no other child making any similar accusations, and cain shot his fucking family in a fit of rage.

no one is suggesting cain should've just brushed it off, i understand it was a horrifying experience for him... but what he did still clearly demonstrates that he's completely unhinged and belongs in prison.

They should give him like, 3-4 months in prison at the absolute most imo. I'm sure Cain has learnt a valuable lesson from the whole experience and his 3x JDS fights were very entertaining, which is good enough reasoning for me.

A few days ago 3 teens were found 'Not Guilty' for stomping another teen to death. They should have been charged with murder but the prosecutor charged them with involuntary manslaughter, and they still weren't found guilty because of Jury Nullification.

I can't condone Jury Nullification for murder/involuntarymanslaughter, but I absolutely can for a loving father 'attempted murdering' who molested his pre-school aged son.

He actually unloaded the full rounds and had to reload. Sorry to say but I doubt he gets just a slap on the wrist for this one, The video clearly shows many people around during the chase and shooting, you just can't do that without some punishment

What the f is wrong with these people? The United States is turning into a third world ship hole. There is a justice system that would have dealt with the accused who might have been taken off the streets for good for decades. Cain is no hero, he is a moron who has behaved like a thug.

Step* Father. And the dude hasn't even been convicted. And he shot out of a moving vehicle in busy traffic, I'm convinced 99% of these people are trolls.

i suspect these are mostly kids with a "protect my family" fantasy.

if any adult actually thinks the word of a 4 year old is enough evidence to warrant an indiscriminate shooting of you and your family... they're retarded.
It's going to get very awkward if the alleged :eek::eek::eek: is found not guilty.

It's easy to say when it's someone else's kid, whole different story if it was your own.

Hard to remain balanced, or have faith in the "justice" system, when we're subject to one that protects Epstein affiliates and suppresses case information for such crimes.

like another user pointed out, it doesn't matter. cain acted recklessly on information provided at the moment, and that information in no way granted him the right to shoot fucking anyone. not morally, certainly not legally, either.

but dum dums here have a really difficult time grasping that concept, for some reason.
