GFL sounds fun, I'm excited. They have a lot of classic fighters.

I am excited to see these golden oldies bang. A lot better than some UFC cards where I never heard of the people. Cain vs. JDS 4 or whatever. Or Cain vs. Frank in PFL.

GFL is getting some big names.

Of course it's doomed to fail. It basically follows the IFL's team based fight league which sucks. American sports are hard to follow for foreigners so basing your MMA promotion off of them us usually a bad move. PFLs tournaments suck to follow for the same reason.

MMA works best when it's kept simple. People want to see normal ass fight cards (or normal tournaments where the winner advances with no PFL points based playoffs business) where the best are fighting the best.

Plus, funny that Cain has signed on as a manager, having had a look at the signings he's younger than half their active roster.

Whole org is gonna be filled with names from years gone by, 45 year old CTE ridden old people. GFL is going to crash and burn spectacularly.

This promotion is quite a menace. Never imagined the day Id see Cain as someones mouthpiece. Maybe he will throw salt to someones eyes when ref is dustracted.
