Cameraman coulda cut the feed after Cain made his statement, that got uncomfortable after awhile lol

Yeah, it was kind of pointless and weird to continue after that.

You would also think that someone in the media would come a wee bit more prepared than trying to jump in on their convo about food as they walk to the car... 'yeah, what's the first thing you're going eat, let's talk about that'...cringe, lol

Cain is a real G. The dude with this camera got his 15 seconds of fame, but he could a played himself better then a creepy ass mofo, no? Seriously wtg that guys problem? Respect is just hard to come by these days, ffs

I don’t think you do, you only get the money back if you pay it in full yourself. If you get a bondsmen and pay 10% you don’t get that back

Oh yeah I guess it depends where the funds are from.

Velasquez vs dos Santos 4 confirmed in BKFC.

Maybe a portion of the money will be returned, maybe. Court costs, fee's, fines, restitution, etc will all need be settled prior to the release of the bond money. Doctors, Therapists, and Mechanics can chew thru 100k pretty quick. The real world doesn't see much bail money returned.

I don't actually think it's knowledge gained through experience. Several posters mentioned that bond money is released back to the defendant. In cases where there is personal injury or significant property damage that is rarely the case.

I don't think bail bondsmen would ever have business if their bond money was never returned due to the court taking it as restitution. Guess I can't say that for a fact since I've never shot a guy and been bailed out for it though. Court costs are a thing no doubt, just never seen it withheld if the person fulfills their bond conditions.

its how those weird paparazzi types roll. They are usually weird dudes that just hang around for hours in celebrity hotspots to ambush them with interviews, pics. Then they keep camera rolling, asking questions until it gets awkward or the celeb gets mad (which is what they really want because tmz pays more for it)
That's why they need security, to deal with these type of people. The bigger the star the more security needed around. Without them usually the celebs will get angry and approach them themselves and it usually get confrontational. Also since most celebs won't understand what they can and can't do or what the paparazzi can and can't do physically/legally. A lot of paparazzi are very aggressive, lots of issues with them from many celebs.

Paparazzi are scum level IMO, creepy bastards.

I get wanting the release footage and even a statement, but everything after that was just creepy and weird.

A Santa Clara County (Calif.) judge granted the former UFC heavyweight champion bail Tuesday after a pre-trial hearing that stretched nearly 13 hours over the course of two days.

“This incident is extremely serious but appears to be isolated behavior by Mr. Velasquez,” Judge Arthur Bocanegra said. “There is also a viable heat of passion defense.”

Terms include $1 million bail, monitoring and compliance to an extended set of terms.

:eek::eek::eek::eek:s better watch out
Real happy for him. He lost his mind and acted recklessly and dangerously, but he also spent 8 months for it and the only person hurt was a :eek::eek::eek:-protector at best (not blaming the stepfather for protecting his :eek::eek::eek: stepson, just stating facts) so I'm glad he's out and has learned the necessary lessons in this situation.

Not to mention that part of that was in a school zone
Ah man, I mean, I had seen that it took place during a long chase up the highway 11 miles between Morgan Hill and San Jose, but this is not a good luck

Just checked: Classes end at that school at 3:02pm. So a the shooting reported around 3:14?
