The man still walking free after committing a crime over 100x on a single child, oh no he is on house arrest now he can only walk around certain distance from his home, wow that will teach him. That guy deserves death.

What about his Sixth Amendment right to a fair and speedy trial?

If it was a fair trail he would be in a cell with Cain don’t you think bud? But instead he is protected by the law which Cain’s child never got.

I don’t believe it’s gone to trial yet. These things kind of need to be investigated and corroborated before anyone is punished

Yeah this is one of those things where it's hard to fault the guy. Let someone do that to your kids and see you react. But it's hard to do anything to his legacy because this happened essentially after his career was over. This isn't like Cain partied on drugs and decided to do this, it was for reasons anyone would get emotional over.

It could only help in my book.

I was never a fan of Cain but I'm actually proud of him.
At least Cain tried to get rid of a person that hurts children.
It's more than most people ever do.
Heck, we have people taking up for these "Disneys" now.

No, also the kind of thing he did, or his motivation, can be understand by a LOT of people.

I dont applaud or agree with his actions but I can't pretend that I understand what it must be like. I feel worst for him than anyone else in this entire situation (yes more than some dork driving a :eek::eek::eek:phile around)

Cain isn't the psychopath. The Predator who molested his kid is. I literally believe he was insane and out of his mind at the time. As a fighter he was probably the best HW ever but was not able to achieve his true potential.

Does trying to hunt down a :eek::eek::eek: that assaulted his child hurt his legacy of trying to kill another man in a cage?

No and I don't think very many people agree with you that's he's an idiot or a psychopath

And a :eek::eek::eek:phile still not charged with anything and even if do lighter sentence. If the judicial system had the biggest possible punishment for :eek::eek::eek:philes maybe people would hold off. I can't imagine the anger father must feel when his few years old child was abused by :eek::eek::eek:phile, even the most calm person would get furious. How many children have lifelong trauma because of that pos?

the system does not work. They're arresting a good man and letting a :eek::eek::eek: and his enabler escape.

Ya I’m sure they were real sweethearts, knowingly letting that scum of the earth around children.

There is already a long thread here: https://forums.sherdog.com/threads/...r-shooting-at-his-relatives-molester.4228922/
where this situation has been explained to complete dummies, which every single one of you are, many times over. Feel free to peruse that one instead of creating yet another one.
Really bothering to waste so much time defending :eek::eek::eek:phile? Get a life

Obviously you're hot, but I doubt you're this daft.

Yes, the justice system is built in such a way that it takes more than a 5 year old's word to convict someone. On a micro level it may feel unfair in this one case, but on a macro level this is a good thing. No one denies it.

I don't blame Cain for believing his son. But I would blame you for being ready to convict him right now based solely on what you currently know. If I actually believed you were this dumb. Which I don't.

I’ve never seen anyone claim that is out of octagon antics ruined his fighting legacy. Not once, not ever.

Though I wouldn't be surprised to see some silly fan say that, it cannot be very common.

I’ve seen people say his PED history does.

That's impossible to believe if you've been on this forum.
His indictments are endless. Hell the ped stuff didnt start till AFTER USAda.

You've seen people say that his hit and run should keep him out of the top 3 GOAT list? Or something along those lines?

I bet we don't disagree as much as it seems based on the several sentences typed. Just that things are getting lost in translation. Cheers.

Man I'm not clowning, but I really urge you to use your brain because this type of stupidity is genuinely dangerous, especially if you happen to be an adult.

Indicting Cain for him dangerous crimes, is not a support for whatever crime Cain thought he was avenging.

Dude I've seen more ridiculous than that and not just his out of ring antics.
"He should be disqualified because he beat up MWs"
This is a real thing I've read and far more stupid rationales.

Heh, I've seen that too. And I agree it is ridiculous.

And I've seen people hate on his out of octagon antics.

But I'm just saying, everyone who rips on his hit and run, cocaine use, baby momma fights, etc, in the end they all do admit he's one of the best fighters they've ever seen.

But I also acknowledge maybe I don't spend much time in those threads. So maybe I'm missing a lot.

Enjoy the fights tonight, sir.

Yes I’m very hot about this topic. So many innocent men have been convicted off just words from women. You think a 5 year old is gona lie to his dad about being molested over 100 times? There are flawed men made laws in this world which if you follow will leave you empty handed and feeling justice was not served, so in those certain times people might take law into their own hands, which must be understood as well. By that account I fully support Cain, shame he hit an “innocent” man but he will heal, Cain’s child will never be the same again.

NO, sir, I do not.

There was a reddit AITA post a few weeks ago where a kid in kindergarten said multiple times to his parents "when I go to my teacher's house". No matter how they asked, the kid replied the same. So the parents set up a sting, complete with audio and video, to catch this :eek::eek::eek: bringing young kids back to his house. Turns out the classroom had toy houses, one of which the teacher called "his house". Other toy houses were called something else.

Do you know how often vigilante's are wrong? Often. Do you know why? Because they're hot, don’t know all the facts, and are not thinking rationally.

If everything Cain's kid says is true, this guy will spend his life in jail, ok? But sometimes, things kids say get lost in translation.

I'm not ready to convict this man yet. I really don't think you are either. That's all I'm saying. And if you think that makes me pro child molestation (not saying do but this insult has been bandied about in this thread a lot), then you're not thinking rationally. Because you're hot.

Have a nice day.

Doubt he will, cali loves :eek::eek::eek:s. But carry on thinking you live a perfect system which unbiasedly serve justice.

If my opinion makes me a dummy, I'll stand by it everyday. Any man who isn't willing to kill to protect his family is no man.

No one says its perfect. Its very much at fault but at the legistlative and judicial front. The investigative work is in the hands of professionals and no you cant trust a 5year old just so. They only start to learn what reality really means, Every investigator will tell you that. thats why there are professionals.

You are a hothead and want some sweet vigilante justice but thats not about justice but you feeling better. Thats why lynching often kills the wrong one. Easy to manipulate people who think like that.
