I agree if he touched genitals there is a charge to be had.
The 100 times is based on the number of times the kid possibly went to the bathroom when he was at daycare.
While Cain's rage is understandable his actions still broke the law.
To respect rule of law everyone should get their day in court when possible.
I agree Courts are not perfect but it is the system we have in most of the world.

Also why would the child say that he told him to not tell anyone, does a 4 year old simply lie on people like that. Also I assume the 4 year old said it happened over a 100 times. They both will sue, but cains family will still benefit. Gets their story out there more and can offset harm by losing their bread winner. Hope they get Taken to the cleaners.not cains family. The other family.

There might be some benefit on the criminal case for them to do this but for the civil it would be bad. They will likely pay for the injury of the third party and lost wages of the third party.


I think they might not be able to run a daycare again even if the perp gets acquitted just because of numerous workplace violations. The perp wasn't even on the payroll according to reports.

Cain's said that he saw the guy go into the bathroom with other kids too, yet there are no reports of other kids coming out with similar accusations.

this is @metoo all over, but the fact that it is a child and an MMA fighter is the father how clouded people's judgment. an accusation is enough for many people to wish the guy and his family terrible things. at least wait till court to hear more details.

Young kids often say a hundred or a million when the number is larger than 5 or whatever they can count to. That part is not surprising.
The surprising part is there are no other victims in same daycare center. s rarely concentrate on a single kid. But maybe there are and they do not want publicity.

They obviously didn't get that number by asking the 4 year old child. Most likely the Police asked if it was happening every day or so, looked at how many days the child was in daycare, and made an estimate from their answer.

Hmm I think there are several gangs. And Latino gangs in prisons are generally broken up by Mexican, like true Mexican, and Chicanos, Americans with Latino backgrounds. In certain prisons it can be divided up further by Mexican Americans/Mexicans and 'other latinos' like Puerto Ricans, Dominicans, central Americans etc. Crazy.

Of course, this is what I learned from the hit tv show Gang Land

I always wondered where I would end up in an american prison. I'm white AF but sill argentinian so aryan brotherhood is out of the question. I'm latino but not mexican.. I guess "other latinos" would be my crew.

As a true 2013 sherdogger, of course I would dominate that gang inside 1 week and probably have the keys of the backyard in less than 1 month.
