No other kids at the daycare center, past or present, have ever accused him of anything. The police hasn´t found any child porn videos/photos that belongs to him, as far as I know.

It COULD be that the guy is not a at all. That's it's all a matter of how the 4 year old boy interpreted the situation. And how the boy told it to his family. And how the family interpreted what the boy told.

In the sheriffs official report I believe it said the child alleged he followed him into the bathroom and touched his penis. And when asked Gourlet or whatever said the child left the bathroom and his pants weren't on correctly so he helped him put them on correctly and that was it.

Do you have court transcripts? I wanna know where it has been read. I do have my doubts since I have seen how messy kids can get and their interpretation of events. It doesn't mean that they are lying, but they do not have the same understanding of things.

Really is nothing new with that source. The other poster mentioned something with quotes which I am assuming would have to be court documents. Did Goularte already start his testimony or trial yet? maybe save the vigilante justice for after the court fails. kinda hard to claim the judicial system failed if you’re not even willing to wait for the trial. also, if you’re gonna go that route, better be absolutely certain you’re correct. i can see both sides here. sometimes the court fucks up. sometimes they let guilty people go for social/political reasons, and sometimes they lock up innocent people for the same reason. in that case, revenge is the sacred last resort for the true victims.

but what cain did was just stupid. if he really thinks the ghoularte guy is guilty (i assume he does), he shoulda waited until the jury acquitted him, or until he got released early from jail. that would be the appropriate time for revenge. now cain might find himself in jail for longer than the alleged chomo. and if it turns out ghoularte is innocent, then ghoularte would justified at getting revenge on cain. that’s why you don’t start the cycle of vigilante justice unless you’re damn fucking sure god is with you.
