Cable fly machine

I like this machine at the gym and would love to incorporate it into my home gym but the price is insane. Is there a less expensive alternative?



I do flies obviously and this thing I copied off AJ at 2:36 of the video



I also do this shoulder exercise Drago does at 1:30



I guess bands would be cheap but it's not the same.
