Even though MMA is in a bad down-cycle (and maybe a permanent one at that), there is no better place in the fight game for jokes, shit-talking, in-depth analysis, SHOOPs, and general fight-camaraderie than Sherdog (and I was lurking back in 2004).

But if you aren't into MMA/fighting anymore I totally get it - there are definitely plenty of other things to do and be interested in out there. For some fight degenerates like myself we are but a moth to a flame and the lure of sanctioned violence (and even non-sanctioned violence) inexplicably and intuitively draws us to it.

I started posting on the EZ board and Josh Barnett used to post there and he and I got into an argument where he mocked me and I call him "the Flabby Assassin " and Jeff Sherwood banned me. I ended up clowning him at a PFL even 20 years later.
