this guy bought a house for 1euro then sold it also for 1 euro .
how cool it would be if someone asked you what do you do for a living, and you say that you sell houses and that you sold 50 houses last month alone

The local news had this empty undeveloped lot and someone built house on the wrong lot. I think they said the owner doesn't have clear title because it's one of those where whoever pays the delinquent property tax is the new owner.

I just watched Where the Crawdads Sing and in that story set long ago, the county guy said something similar about the swamp girl's abandoned family house in the swamp had delinquent property taxes to be paid.
