You truly think that “Mayor Pete” isn’t some manufactured candidate that just rose to the prestigious level of transportation secretary on his own? LMAOSpoken like someone who knows nothing about the work Buttigieg has done with the Democrats for fifteen years.
Now please apply your same standards to Vance, and make sure to include mention of the fact he wasn't even going to run for the Senate until Thiel gave him ten million dollars to do so.
I think where the frustration with some people comes from is that they take more of a "well, let's wait and see how it works out" position with things Trump does. I assume that Trump is not looking out for the general population or our position in global politics and I am usually proven right. Can you link to any meaningful criticisms @Cajun has made of Trump, especially before the election when they might have made a difference?
I liked his first term. Outside of his rhetoric and abandoning the kurds i was ok with the job he did. The second term was much more criticized imo from the bill, tariffs particularly on 1st world allies, israel/Palestinian conflict, stance on Ukraine at times. This off the top of my head. Can you link to any meaningful criticisms @Cajun has made of Trump, especially before the election when they might have made a difference?
Can you explain how a mayor of a small city/town and one time transportation secretary is more qualified than a senator and vice president?
This is how and why the democrats will lose. He's worked with the Democrats for fifteen years and been very effective.
Vance as VP to the worst president in history is not valuable experience, and being a senator doesn't prepare you to govern, especially when you consider senators spend 90% of their time raising funds for their next campaign.
Its only because everything is condemned/hailed before anything has had an opportunity to unfold. The number of peeps drawing conclusions before and I can't say definitively that it won't work out that way. Israel/Iran is a good example. The number of WWIII statements on US involvement made in here and all of the conclusions.... I was even critical of the action but it worked out. When peeps draw a conclusion before the end how can I say they are right or wrong? That would not be an honest viewpoint. So Im left with waiting to see who is proven correct vs the typical back and forth in here where peeps draw definitive conclusions before the outcomeI think where the frustration with some people comes from is that they take more of a "well, let's wait and see how it works out" position with things Trump does. I assume that Trump is not looking out for the general population or our position in global politics and I am usually proven right.
Wait...you think some random Sherdogger's opinion might've swayed the election? Can you link to any meaningful criticisms @Cajun has made of Trump, especially before the election when they might have made a difference?
Meh, Trump is a fucking train wreck, brother. I wish I could be more optimistic, but watching this country slip into authoritarianism has left me jaded. Its only because everything is condemned/hailed before anything has had an opportunity to unfold. Coonasses are very well respectedWait...you think some random Sherdogger's opinion might've swayed the election?
I get your perspective but im just explaining why I am left with the lets see response. Plenty right and left in here draw those with no evidence either way of the outcome.Meh, Trump is a fucking train wreck, brother. A general sentiment does sway elections. The margins are very small between a loss and a win.Wait...you think some random Sherdogger's opinion might've swayed the election?
Are you intentionally being obtuse, stinky?Wait...you think some random Sherdogger's opinion might've swayed the election?
Yes, which is why democrats lost. We're not talking about that though. We're talking an unhinged left winger alluding to that if only some random sherdogger had a different opinion on Trump before the election, it might've made a difference.A general sentiment does sway elections.
What are you even talking about a serious poll ? Do you know how politics works weirdo . I guess is drugs and cocktails for breakfast huh…Are you intentionally being obtuse, stinky?
Has @ShadowRun come up with a credible poll for this yet?
So you haven't come up with a credible poll still then. What are you even talking about a serious poll ? Do you know how politics works weirdo . I guess is drugs and cocktails for breakfast huh…
Who do you think is leading the Democrat party and 2028 front runner ? I bet you wont even answer
That Sherdogger's opinion reflects the general sentiment. But keep thinking you have a finger on the pulse of American politics, Canadian. And @Loiosh is far from unhinged.Yes, which is why democrats lost. We're not talking about that though. We're talking an unhinged left winger alluding to that if only some random sherdogger had a different opinion on Trump before the election, it might've made a difference.
General sentiment of what? What are you even talking about? That Sherdogger's opinion reflects the general sentiment
Yeah, if only I was a native son like @Loiosh, I could be more in tune with the mother land.... But keep thinking you have a finger on the pulse of American politics, Canadian.
