Bursting Coke cans - Video and tutorial included

Hey smashius, did you do that in the blue peter garden?

Cool vid.

Awesome man, I wanna try this sometime. I closed the #2 CoC last month, hope I can do it!

Aside from can bursting... did Smashius's attire for this video vaguely remind you of the killers in the movie "Hostel" ???

Well I'll be.

Smashius, you can pink belt me- if you like.

Damn this is some heavy impressive gripshit.

Im sure I have asked this already but fuck it I ask again, how long have you been training your grip directly? (fwaping and judo not included)

Awsome Samshface! I bet the old twig and berries really hate you.

goddamn I remember the first time doing that, so much fun...me and my friend were out in the backyard and I was trying for about 5 minutes...couldnt do it then finally it just exploded and got all over me and we both just started laughing hysterically, good times...

Nice job smashiums...but now what the hell am I going to mix this rum with?

Nah, a lot of grip feats are made to look difficult by very strong men who over muscle them with poor technique, I'm sure with a proper grip and a little practice Pfister would'nt even need real effort to destroy a 12 pack.

About a year and a half, started out just using some heavygrip grippers, but did'nt take me long to get interested in levering, wristrollers and pinch work.

thanks.. Do your judo training partners call you death-grip...?;)

Actually they refer to me as the ground work obsessed guy with all the weird arm locks, they just tend to shake their heads and look slightly perplexed every time I bring up the way I train for strength, they all seem to think I'm just a tad crazy.

First post updated with a quick guide, nothing groundbreaking but might help you a little.
