Holy shit! That's Mindy Glazer! I banged her a couple times in high school. Her name was Mindy Vlankowski back then. We were friends in college, even went to her wedding reception.

She's in Florida so Florida Man rules are in play. And she's a female judge that isn't ugly. And Judge Judy gets ratings and the media wants clicks. I've never lived in FL and Glazer has name recognition on a national level just because the media loves her cases and it's FL so they can report it all.
It's just celebrity of sorts in the legal world.
