With the frog?

I used to have frog all the time. It's in the corner of this Chinese buffet. They call it spring chicken. It doesn't taste like anything. It's just a lot of cartilage.

Brioche should be the default bun. For anything that's going to be yuge and sloppy, pretzel bun.

Pretzel are great too. Also like the sourdough buns like they have at Jack in the box.

I like a juicy ass burger on a bagel, that way the sog factor doesn't come into play.

Brioche hot dog and hamburger buns. Delicious. Difficult to go back to seasame seed buns after.
