Hard to say, probably improve naturally if you're training but it wasn't night and day or anything

I won't be surprised of the UFC brought him in. HW is weak around the world so anyone with his creds will get a shot somewhere on the bigger stages.

of course they should, it isnt a matter of is he that good the div is trash and anyone they can get that maybe can do something or be in an interesting fight they should sign.

HW is weak enough he could be a top 15 guy, if he gets you down its a problem but you match him up right he could win a few and get into that back of top 15 range.
